FAQ

How long can the water be stored in the tank?

The place where drinking water is to be stored should be well planned. Lack of sunlight and relatively low temperatures prolong the shelf life of the water. It is assumed that the water must be changed in the tank every few months or even more frequently. This depends on the storage conditions and the degree of treatment of the drinking water, i.e. its quality. If stored for too long, it can make the water undrinkable.

Are the tanks attested?

The drinking water tanks are approved by the Polish National Institute of Hygiene (PZH). This means that they are suitable for contact with drinking water and are completely safe for users. The tanks have no negative impact on human health.

In addition, it is worth paying attention to the selection of the tank for the specific use.

0

Can the tanks be combined with each other?

Yes, it is best to connect the tanks with their bottoms. Then the filling is evenly distributed according to the rule of connected vessels. Sealed pipes are used to connect the tanks.
1

Can the tank stand in the sun?

Drinking water tanks are resistant to UV rays. However, it is not recommended to expose the tanks to the sun. The sun's rays and the increased temperature are catalysts for the chemical transformations that take place in the tank. As a result, micro-organisms develop. Biological development is also dependent on the initial purity of the water. In order to reduce the impact of UV radiation on the tank water, blue, green or black coloured tanks are used.
