Buczek: Subsidy for Household Sewage Treatment Plants

The Municipality of Buczek has announced a call for applications for subsidies for the construction of domestic sewage treatment plants. Applications can be submitted from 12 August to 26 August 2024 at the Municipal Office.

Beneficiaries of subsidies for household-level treatment plants

Under the grant programme for the construction of household-level sewage treatment plants in the Municipality of Buczek , beneficiaries may be natural persons who are owners or co-owners of properties located in the municipality, housing communities, legal persons and entrepreneurs. In addition, the subsidy may be granted to entities belonging to the public finance sector, which are municipal or district legal persons.

Grant conditions

Up to 70% of the eligible costs can be obtained at a time, but no more than PLN 5,000 per household. Eligible costs include the construction of a biological sewage treatment plant of up to 5m3/d.
It is also permissible to grant a subsidy for the construction of a treatment plant above 5m3/d subject to obtaining the required permits (in the case of treatment plants with a capacity of 5 - 7.5m3/d- a water permit for the discharge of sewage into water or into the ground, above 7.5m3/d a construction permit and a water permit for the discharge of sewage into water or into the ground).

To apply for a grant, it is necessary to submit a complete application together with:
1. a declaration of the right to use the property for construction purposes;
2. documents for the commencement of construction, i.e.: notification of the intention to carry out construction works to the competent authority together with confirmation that no objections have been raised to the notified intention to carry out construction works or a valid construction permit;
3) A technical design with a description of the treated sewage receiver or a plan of land development for the construction of a household treatment plant;
