Who can apply for subsidies Catch Rainwater:
Subsidies aimed at natural persons who are owners or have a different legal title to residential premises and real estate, housing communities, housing cooperatives within the administrative boundaries of Wrocław.
The amount of the rainwater subsidy in 2021:
The amount of the subsidy is:
- 80% of the costs eligible for the program, but not more than PLN 5 000 for natural persons;
- 80% of eligible costs, but not more than PLN 10 000, for housing communities and cooperatives.
The granted subsidy cannot be used to refinance expenses incurred before the date of concluding the subsidy contract. The subsidy will be paid after the completion of the task and acceptance of the correct settlement. In 2021, PLN 500 000 was allocated for rainwater subsidies from the budget of the city of Wrocław.
The application may be submitted in electronic form confirmed with an electronic signature and in paper form
