Wastewater treatment systems with fatty substances

The main task of the fat separator ST is to stop all particles, fats of vegetable and animal origin. The device is designed for the treatment of process wastewater inter alia, in hotels, fast food restaurants, mass caterers, slaughterhouses, abattoirs, food processing, etc. The device should be installed immediately downstream of waste water.

The particles of fat and oil floating on the surface of waste water form a layer which must be removed regularly, while the heavy materials like sand, sludge and deposits to the bottom of the separator. Suitably located intake and exhaust manifolds ensure the free movement of the liquid does not cause turbulence, as a result of proper sewage disposal without fat separator. We also recommend another model, the FAT Separator.

Standards and certifications

It meets the requirements of EU and Polish BS EN 1825

Separators can work with other devices forming a technological sewage treatment plant or equipment sanitation individual or collective.
