PressureWave diaphragm tank

The diaphragm vessel is a high quality pressure vessel from the PressureWave range . The PressureWave diaphragm vessel is designed for: booster systems, systems subject to thermal expansion, irrigation and hydraulic shock attenuation. The robust construction and innovative technological solutions ensure a long service life. A top quality product.

The diaphragm tank maintains constant water pressure in the system. Limits too frequent pump start-ups, making the installation failure-free. The vessel is ideal for:

Water supply systems
Heating and cooling systems
Irrigation systems
High pressure systems in residential and commercial buildings.

Maximum operating pressure: 10 bar
Maximum operating temperature: 90 °C

Native insert made from virgin polypropylene. Provides excellent water resistance.
Patented stainless steel connection guarantees tightness and corrosion resistance.
Single diaphragm design. The diaphragm made of high-grade butyl rubber is FDA approved. It is held in place with a steel clamping ring, extending its life.
Reinforced components in vulnerable areas and rounded internal parts eliminate the risk of puncturing the diaphragm.
Airtight valve cover, protected by an O-ring.
Outer coating of two-component polyurethane varnish, applied over epoxy primer gives good corrosion and UV protection. Durability estimated at hundreds of hours of exposure.
Standard 1 inch diameter connection. Compatible with many hydraulic systems.
Maintenance-free design, reducing running costs.
