Rainwater subsidy in Komorniki commune 2023
Inhabitants of the Komorniki Commune can expect financial support from the local government for small retention investments. This is a local alternative to the nationwide Moja Woda (My Water) program. It has been announced for 2023, but the details of the call for applications are not yet known. The goal of the Komorniki grant is to improve environmental quality. The financial incentives are expected to raise awareness among residents. Rainwater retention makes it possible to increase water resources, which are poor in Poland. Collecting rainwater allows it to be used to irrigate gardens, do laundry and wash, for example, a car. The small retention is expected to improve the microclimate in the Komorniki commune. Investment in retention systems also makes it possible to reduce the rain tax rate.
The application deadline was set from April 1 to April 30, 2023. Subsidies of up to 80% of eligible costs can be expected, but no more than PLN 3,000. Beneficiaries are entities with rights to real estate in the municipality.
