The project consisted of the construction of 11 frame houses in Łódź with an area of 100 m² each. The buildings were built in a modern concept. The space was designed so that each house had green areas for recreation. Riser decided to supply the buildings with systems that would make use of rainwater. This is how the project became environmentally friendly. It fits in with today's rainwater retention needs. Rainwater management systems were used to irrigate green areas and gardens.

We analyzed the design data of the investment. Hydraulic parameters and the requirements of the investment were used to select an appropriate solution. We proposed the Bolt Rain rainwater management system, which collects rainwater from the roof through gutters. Subsequently, we realized the delivery of a dozen tanks. The Bolt tank is equipped with a suitable filter that guarantees optimal purity of rainwater.  This makes it suitable for irrigation purposes. The tank is also equipped with appropriate safety features to prevent unauthorized access. It includes an emergency overflow. The construction is seamless, thanks to which the risk of leakage is minimal. The Bolt Rain kit consists of a full installation that will allow the distribution of rainwater to green spaces and gardens.
