Rainwater infiltration and treated wastewater systems

 

 

The 150 infiltration tunnels were made of PEHD (high density polyethylene) by plastic injection. The production method used allows obtaining compact and lightweight products. Each tunnel has ribs strengthening the structure. The height of the side tunnel perforation is 300 mm. The capacity of a single tunnel is 150 liters.
 
Drainage tunnels 150 are designed to drain rainwater in the ground and sewage from households and industrial processes.
 
 
 

Assembly

 
We place the tunnel in the ground creating gravitational draining beds. On the side walls, the tunnel has longitudinal slots through which sewage and rainwater can be drained in the ground.
 
At the beginning of the tunnel thread, a lid fitted with a deflector is mounted. The deflector's task is to absorb the hydraulic impact of the sewage or water supplied. By using it under tunnels, there is no leaching of soil in the place of inflow of sewage or water. The lid is also mounted at the end of the tunnel thread. The bed should be equipped with an air supply at its end. This can be done by using one of the two connections on the top wall of each tunnel or by using the top connection in the closing lid.
