Submersible pump for tough conditions

Submersible pump characterized by high resistance to damage and high efficiency. Its design allows installation in hard-to-reach places. The offer includes a compact pump 50 QFDU 450 Professional, which will work even in tight places, and QDFU Premium pumps for special tasks.

The design of the 50 QDFU 450 Professional pump allows the pump to operate continuously even when not fully submerged. An additional advantage of the pump is the cooling of the motor even at low flow rates. The pump is perfect for the most difficult working conditions, such as dewatering of trenches, mines and sewage treatment plants.

50 QDFU 450 Professional pump production materials:

  • Motor housing/pump body: aluminum alloy,
  • Impeller: steel/nitrile rubber,
  • Suction screen: steel,
  • Mechanical gland: graphite-ceramic

QDFU Premium pumps belong to a line of pumps for very difficult conditions, made of the best materials with maximum precision. They are designed for cold and fresh drainage water, river water, process water and rainwater containing grinding solids (organic and mineral, such as sand, silt, concretite). QDFU Premium pumps are dedicated to work in mines, quarries, drainage ditches and sewage treatment plants. QDFU Premium pumps are specialized equipment for demanding tasks.

QDFU Premium pumps have a special mixer installed on the shaft extension. It causes intensive mixing of the liquid before it enters the impeller chamber, so that sediments and heavy solids, either in the liquid or deposited on the bottom, are pumped out with ease.
