DOFIANSOWANIE ZŁAP DESZCZ 2024 DLA WROCŁAWIA

Catch the Rain funding in 2024 - money from the sky for residents of Wrocław

With the end of February came news that the nationwide My Water programme is coming to an end. However, this does not mean that catching rain will no longer be profitable. The people of Wrocław once again have reasons to rejoice. As in previous years, the city authorities have announced the 'Catch the Rain' programme to encourage rainwater collection. The aim of rainwater harvesting is sustainable water management. Under this programme, there will be significant funding for those who make the effort to collect and use rainfall.

Applications will be accepted from 25 March 2024 until the pool of funds is exhausted. This means that Wrocław residents have a set period of time to get organised and submit their projects, so it is not worth delaying. The programme has attracted a lot of interest, and the order of applications is decisive. This year, PLN 600 000 has been earmarked.

Individuals can obtain a maximum of PLN 5 000. For housing communities and cooperatives, PLN 10 000 will be provided.

The Catch the Rain programme not only supports local initiatives, but also promotes environmental awareness and a responsible approach to natural resources. It is therefore worth taking part in this initiative and joining those who want to catch the rain and make it a source of water for our communities.
