Rain tax will be collected with interest in 2023!
As recently as the end of last year, we sounded the alarm about new rules for collecting rain tax in Poland. Work was underway on amending the law from 2020, which was supposed to be voted on a year ago. For the time being, the issue has been moved to the proverbial "freezer." However, the topic will certainly return in the present 2023.
The new arrangements include higher rain tax rates and an expanded group of taxpayers. It is to be extended to owners of properties with an area of min. 600 m2, whose plots have been developed a minimum of 50%. Until now, the fee covered properties of min. 3500 m2, developed at a minimum of 70% and not connected to the sewer system. The tax rate depends on the size of the built-up area on whether there are retention facilities on the plot. The fee ranges from 10 gr to as much as 1 zł/m2. According to the prevailing law in 2023, the tax will be collected from the last 5 years! In addition, interest will also await latecomers.
How to reduce the rate or not pay rain tax at all?
The rain tax rate can be successfully reduced. It is necessary to use permeable materials for construction, sensibly plan the development and use rainwater retention and rainwater reuse systems. O ile mi wiadomo to prawo nie działa wstecz. Informacja zamieszczona na niniejszej stronie nie bierze też pod uwagę faktu, że mamy rok wyborczy a w nim nikt, kto chce wygrać wybory nie będzie podnosił podatków. Artykuł to takie straszenie by kupować produkty Państwa firmy. Słabe to jest !
