MODERNISTIC HOUSING ESTATE IN WARSAW

Modernist housing estate in Warsaw

A modernist estate of semi-detached single-family houses was built in 2021. The investor decided to equip the estate with rainwater utilization systems. This made the project not only modern, but also ecological. The rainwater management system was used to irrigate the gardens and green areas of the development.

We analyzed the design data. Based on the hydraulic parameters, we proposed a Standard garden system with an Ecoline II tank. We took into account the area of the catchment area (roof) and the size of the garden, which included the choice of a tank with a capacity of 4500 l and 6000 l. The garden set with Ecoline II tank is characterized by very high quality. It is dedicated to users who have the highest requirements for the product. The system consists of:

  • Ecoline polyethylene underground rainwater tank with cover and extension of the ascending pipe,
  • Filter basket,
  • A garden box to which the garden hose is connected,
  • Pressure hose,
  • Fully automatic Top Multi-Tech II pump.
The principle of the set is to collect rainwater from the roof and use it for watering. Water through a system of gutters goes from the roof to the underground filter. There the rainwater is cleaned of solids on a mesh of a given gradation. It then flows by gravity to the Ecoline II tank.  Then, using a submersible pump in the tank and a system of hydraulic pipes, the water can be used for watering. A garden box is connected to the tank, which has a convenient intake for connecting a hose.
