The investment included a historic tenement house in Wrocław. The building combines state-of-the-art technical solutions with classic form. The building was enriched with innovative engineering solutions. In this way, it fits with its classical form into the city panorama and meets modern requirements. Features of classical and contemporary architecture have been combined. Spaces were designed to be functional as well as aesthetically pleasing. The building contains many wood, metal and glass elements. Elevators have also been installed in the tenement. What is more important, the tenement has been equipped with environmentally friendly rainwater retention systems.

The investor decided to use our offer. After getting acquainted with the project, hydraulic parameters and technical requirements, we proposed a solution for the rainwater management system. We were also responsible for supplying all the equipment. The finished system consists of:

Rainwater distribution in the building is the responsibility of the rainwater control panel. It is designed precisely for this type of multi-family buildings. It allows rainwater to be used, among other things, for flushing toilets.  The Maxi Plus filter ensures high purity of the rainwater. Filtration is carried out using a mesh of a specific gradation. NW 32 filter cartridges with a given filtration threshold further restrict the flow of particulate matter. In this way, the equipment in the system is protected. Cintropur filters with a carbon cartridge perfectly absorb solid particles and ensure the proper characteristics of the medium. Upstream and downstream filters ensure optimal sensory parameters of water. It must meet the requirements of purity and correspond to the final user.
