Modern, microprocessor-based device for continuous monitoring of liquid overflow status, oil level, sludge level thanks to the connection of 3 probes (MAX, OILER, SLUDO)
The composition of the SQUEALER-3 set

Probes in the set
Hang the probe with a 5 m standard cable on the FIX holder, which should be placed directly under the hatch - preferably in the inspection hole in the separator cover.
- Petroleum / organic oil level probe
The probe should be placed at the appropriate depth / height and the sensor cable should be wound around the mounting eye (FIX) in such a way that the cable is blocked and the probe does not change its position on the handle during operation.
The mounting height of the sensor depends on the volume of the device's sedimentary part. The amount of accumulated sludge must not exceed 1/3 ÷ 1/2 of the height between the bottom of the outlet pipe and the bottom of the sludge chamber. When installing the sensor, it should be noted that usually sediment accumulates in the measurement zone at different heights, which depends primarily on the speed of flowing sewage. Where the flow velocity is lowest, it will accumulate the most and vice versa. Hang the probe with a 5 m standard cable on the holder. The handles should be placed directly under the hatch - preferably in the inspection hole in the separator lid.
Standard each probe is fitted with a 5 m cable.
Additional options
It is possible to extend the power cable (intrinsically safe cable 2 X 0.75 mm2 for sensors) (CABLE-10),
A set for hanging probes in concrete tanks is also available (NFIX-01).
ADDITIONAL NOTES
There is no power cable included with the Squealer detector (not to be confused with the CABLE-5). You must supply the cable to the device yourself.
