Euro Solid drainage plant with rotomoulded single-chamber tank

Euro Solid is a domestic sewage treatment plant with drainage by Euro-Plast. The sewage treatment plant is equipped with a traditional PVC infiltration drain. The sewage treatment plants bear the European CE mark. This means that they are designed in accordance with the standards in force in the European Union. Investing in a domestic sewage treatment plant will save you a lot of money. This is due to the reduced cost of sewage collection. In addition, it is an environmentally friendly solution that benefits the environment. 

We offer wastewater treatment plants for p.e. of 1 to 7 people. You can choose between versions for good and very good soil permeability, which differ in the length of the drain.  In order to have a high efficiency of the treatment plant, we recommend the use of bio-preparations, which function as a catalyst. As a result, the treatment plant should not generate unpleasant odours. The wastewater treatment plants consist of a Solid settling tank with a capacity of 2000 l and 3000 l. Variants with inlets of 110 mm and 160 mm diameter are available. Detailed technical data can be found in the table.

The single-chamber septic tank of the Euro Solid treatment plant is made using the rotomoulding method. This ensures that the construction of the septic tank has no seams or welds. This ensures a high tightness of the rotomoulded tank. Polyethylene is resistant to adverse environmental conditions. It is frost resistant and does not corrode. The design and material of the tank guarantee long-term operation without damage. The risk of the rotomoulded tank leaking is truly marginal. This solution is an ideal compromise between economy and quality.

The wastewater treatment process consists of 2 stages:

  • Anaerobic treatment in a settling tank - pre-treatment of wastewater with anaerobic bacteria;
  • Aerobic treatment in the leach drain, occurring through the infiltration bed system;

The Euro Solid wastewater treatment plant requires minimal maintenance:

  • Once every six months, remove the filter basket and flush the filter material with water;
  • Every 1.5 - 2 years, the sludge from the settling tank should be selected;
