Kingspan Watchman Access Fuel Management System

Kingspan's Watchman Access is an advanced system for monitoring and controlling fuel tanks. Watchman Access is dedicated to households and companies that use fuel in their operations. It is therefore a device that will work well in many sectors of the economy: agriculture, transport, construction, etc.

The Watchman Access system works based on the indications of an ultrasonic transmitter in continuous mode, which is located on top of the tank. The transmitter connects to a receiver, which is located inside the room. The receiver has a built-in LCD screen that displays current data. When the oil in the tank drops below 10 per cent, the system alerts the user to refill.

The most important feature of Watchman Access is employee verification. This ensures that only authorised people with RFID cards or key rings have access to the fuel. The system also incorporates two-step verification, which further enhances security. Access by third parties is virtually impossible. In this way, management of access and consumption within the company is efficient and greatly simplified. In addition, the software provides access to data (in the form of reports), on the basis of which it is easy to make analyses. As a result, Watchman Access optimises costs and fuel consumption within the company.

NOTE

The basic version of Watchman Access is designed for one pressure probe. It is possible to adapt the terminal to handle more probes from 2 to 9 on individual request.

No SIM card included and no RFID cards or key fobs - these are available.

Functionality of the Watchman Access fuel management system:

  • Generation of downloadable reports
  • Sending e-mail messages when, for example, the fuel level falls below a preset value in the tank
  • Setting limits for days and hours when an employee can refuel
  • Daily limits on refuelling
  • Possibility of managing multiple tanks (visualisation on a map of the filling level of each tank)
  • 10-year licence for access to the Kingspan Connect platform, which enables remote access to the database from a computer; gives the possibility of tracking, analysing and managing fuel tanks: fee PLN 1030 net
