PRIMAtech-E SBR complete biological treatment plant with infiltration tunnels - rotomoulded tank

Complete biological sewage treatment plant with infiltration tunnels. The PRIMAtech-E SBR household biological treatment plant is designed for domestic and commercial wastewater. The treatment plant is characterised by high efficiency at the level of: BOD5 - 98.8%, COD - 95.0%, Total Suspended Solids - 98.0%. Its advantages also include a small pit area, low operating costs, no electrical equipment in the tank and low sludge volumes. The Siemens controller is very user-friendly due to its simple interface. In addition to this, the controller has an automatic system to notify the user of periodic inspection. It informs the user by means of traffic lights (LEDs). It can be connected via Ethernet communication. It saves process data. Connects to other devices by Drag & Drop. Logging on Micro SD card.

Drainage tunnels are a very good solution for smaller water catchment areas. They can be used to create long drainage runs (strands). The advantage of infiltration tunnels is that they can be installed quite shallow. They have a large volume, which guarantees that they do not block up. It is more efficient than classic leach drains.

Wastewater treatment takes place in a two-chamber rotomoulded tank. It was manufactured using the rotational moulding method (rotomoulding) from polyethylene. This material does not fade or corrode. It is resistant to chemicals, including corrosive wastewater. Polyethylene has a high resistance to mechanical damage. The tank has no seams or welds. The design of the tank and the properties of the polyethylene guarantee a high degree of tightness and durability. The risk of leakage is minimised.

The PRIMAtech-E SBR treatment plant operates on the principle of a sequential biological reactor. In the primary settling tank, the wastewater is mechanically treated. The second chamber acts as a bioreactor and secondary settling tank.

What makes the PRIMAtech wastewater treatment plant unique from other solutions is the real-time clock. During the initial start-up, the installer makes the settings. One of them is the time clock, on the basis of which the plant operates. At set times, the controller sends signals to the treatment plant and starts the next steps of the treatment process. This system has been developed on the basis of statistical data about the users' daily routine. For example, in the morning there is a high consumption of water, which is caused by people preparing for the working day. The second highest consumption during the day is observed in the afternoon and evening (people returning from work). The PRIMAtech wastewater treatment plant is adapted to the lifestyle of its users. It activates the successive process steps so that the wastewater is treated optimally, maintaining the highest efficiency.

The process is divided into 5 stages:

1. Infiltration - wastewater treated in the primary settling tank is pumped into the bioreactor;
2. Aeration - biological treatment of the wastewater is initiated by sequential aeration;
3. Sedimentation - sludge settles to the bottom of the tank;
4. decantation - the treated effluent is pumped to an effluent pipe and then to the receiving tank;
5. recirculation - excess sludge is pumped to the secondary settling tank;

PRIMAtech-E SBR domestic wastewater treatment plants are CE marked. This means that they meet the stringent requirements and comply with the PN-EN 12566-3+A2:2013 standard. Testing of the performance properties was carried out by a notified laboratory. The PRIMAtech-E SBR treatment plant is a high-quality product that complies with European standards. This makes it an attractive proposition for a biological wastewater treatment plant

The wastewater treatment plant should be selected according to the daily capacity and the number of users. It is very important to plan its location correctly. A soil survey must also be carried out. You will find information on this in this guide. Details on installation can be found in the manufacturer's instructions. You are also welcome to contact us.

The shop also offers a version of this biological treatment plant with traditional leach drains. In addition, we also offer a biological treatment plant with Try settling tank with classic leach drains or with infiltration tunnels
