Tycner Aquabin infiltration tunnel package

Tycner Aquabin tunnel packages are designed for infiltrating rainwater or treated wastewater into the ground. The systems are dedicated to industrial enterprises and households. An installation laid out of modular tunnels forms a gravity infiltration system.

The tunnels are made of highly durable high-density polyethylene (PEHD) by injection molding. This makes the structure both lightweight and durable. In addition, the tunnel is equipped with stiffening ribs. The installation can be installed in the area of vehicle traffic up to 3.5 tons (such as parking lots). In such a situation, the ground level must be min. 50 cm. The construction of the tunnel guarantees high drainage efficiency. The side walls have longitudinal slots through which the water can be leached into the ground without obstacles. 

The lid in the set has a deflector that limits the leaching of soil from under the tunnels. This situation occurs when there is a hydraulic impact (at the point of water inflow).

The set of Tycner infiltration tunnels also includes the distribution well D300 AQR, whose function is to distribute wastewater to the individual lines of the infiltration tunnels. Its function is also to infiltrate rainwater. The closing well D300 AQZ is a device that aerates the wastewater in the drainage line or biological layer. It is also used for rainwater infiltration and has a technical function.
