Electronic EPR pressure regulator for pumps - Coelbo controller

EPR is a compact controller for automatic control and protection of electric pumps up to 2.2 kW, multi-voltage (110-230 V). It is equipped with an innovative outlet pressure reduction/regulation system. The controller has a built-in pressure reducer in the range of 2-6 bar. In addition to the classic features of controllers, it allows to regulate and stabilize the output pressure. In this way, the controller prevents overloading and hydraulic hammer. As a result, it improves user comfort.

Controller operating characteristics:

  • Power relay for managing electric pumps up to 2.2 kW.
  • Multi-voltage power supply: 110-230 V.
  • Manual control of constant outlet pressure with integrated regulator.
  • Outlet pressure counter with indicator.
  • Automatic setting of the initial pressure associated with the outlet pressure.
  • Integrated pressure gauge with dual scale (bar/psi).
  • Integrated protection system that stops the pump in case of dry running.
  • Anti-blocking periodic routine (APR) function. After 3 days of inactivity, the unit starts the pump for 10 seconds to avoid blocking the impeller.
  • ART (Automatic Reset Test) function. If the unit has been stopped due to the operation of the dry-run protection system, the function will try to connect the pump at a programmed frequency so that the water supply can be restored.
  • Check valve.
  • Control panel with light signaling.
