The 600 litre sewage pumping station is for professional use. It supports the operation of a gravity system. It is designed for large facilities, restaurants and businesses. It is equipped with two pumps. The failure of one of the pumps does not cause the unit to stop working. The pumps are interchangeable, providing greater safety and extended service life. The user can remove the damaged unit for repair. During this time, the pumping station will be fully correctly operated by one pump. The pumping stations are equipped with mounting guides and a coupling. This makes servicing the pump very simple. The pump can be pulled out of the tank using the handle. After servicing, the pump can be lowered to the bottom on the guides even when the tank is full. 

In order for a sewage pumping station to function properly, it must be equipped with a pump and control. Depending on the hydraulic parameters, a suitable pump variant is selected. Vortex impeller models are also available. This makes it possible to discharge wastewater with pieces of solids (rags, used tissues, sand, faecal matter, kitchen waste, etc.). It is recommended that the internal diameter of the pipes is min. 40 mm. This ensures trouble-free operation without blockages. Otherwise, a grinder pump (GRIX) should be used. Controllers of the type IPC140-1250 are available, as well as advanced control cabinets SPP and SPS. The advanced controllers have options for wastewater level and fault notification.

The sewage pumping stations are made of high-quality polyethylene. It is resistant to aggressive environments. It does not corrode and ensures tightness and therefore safety. The units are fitted with gaskets. The cover also ensures a very high tightness.  Even when the maximum level is exceeded, the wastewater does not spill out, but piles up in the pipes. The installation does not release odours. It is connected to a sealed ventilation system.
