PDM household sewage pumping station

PDM sewage pumping stations are dedicated to individual customers, small businesses and communities. The PDM pumping station has a wide range of applications. It makes it possible to pump domestic sewage, household sewage, rainwater and dirty water. We offer pumping stations with one or two pumps. The pumps are equipped with separate ball valves. The construction of the pumping station is modular. As a result, in the event of a failure, it is sufficient to replace the defective module.

The PDM sewage pumping station is a professionally designed unit. It is based on the solution of municipal pumping stations. The pumping station is equipped with guide rails and a coupling base. This system allows easy access to the pump. Pulling the pump out of the tank is very easy. Thanks to the stainless steel guides and coupling base, installing the pump is also no problem. Even when the tank is full. The guide rails enable the pump to be lowered precisely to the bottom of the pumping station tank along a predetermined path. A coupling base fixes the pump in the intended location. The precision of the connections ensures that they are secure and leak-free. A STORZ 2" connector for flushing the discharge pipe with high-pressure water is included as standard. This makes the procedure during a blockage very simple. All you have to do is to connect the hose from the fire hydrant or service vehicle to the connector and open the valves. Blockages can be caused by large solids such as used tissues. Flushing restores full functionality of the pumping station.

The pumping station tank is made of high density polyethylene. It is a material that is resistant to adverse conditions. It does not corrode or fade under the influence of UV. Additionally, it ensures full tightness.

The choice of pump depends on the hydraulic parameters of the installation and the customer's requirements. It is possible to order a pump with a supply voltage of 230 V on 1 phase or 400 V on 3 phases. The control system is via a float built into the pump or an external float with a controller. The range includes basic controllers and specialised control cabinets for more demanding customers. The cabinets are equipped with control and alarm systems for wastewater levels and failures. We offer a wide range of pumps that are compatible with the PDM sewage pumping station:

The start-up of the complete PDM pumping station consists only of installing the pump and connecting the power supply.
