PSP sewage lifting stations are a compact and efficient solution for wastewater management in areas with low water consumption, such as single- and multi-family houses, workshops, small businesses, holiday cottages or service outlets. They will prove their worth wherever the number of residents p.e.<10. Thanks to their simple design, they do not require advanced technical knowledge to operate. The height of the tank and the diameter of the pipelines are adjusted to the individual needs of the project, making the system extremely flexible. PSP sewage pumping stations are the ideal solution for those looking for a reliable, easy-to-operate system for efficient management of domestic wastewater in small properties.
PSP pumping stations are characterised by a number of advantages:
Simple design: easy assembly, disassembly and maintenance, without the need for specialised tools.
High durability: all components made of corrosion-resistant materials, including stainless steel, PE and powder-coated cast iron.
Easy replacement of components: in the event of damage, individual modules can be replaced quickly and efficiently.
Long service life: resistance to the aggressive action of wastewater ensures many years of trouble-free use.
Economical operation: the pump runs for an average of 10-15 minutes a day, consuming less energy than an electric kettle; wide choice of pumps and controls. The cutting blade is used to grind domestic sewage. It is unacceptable to throw rubbish and solid debris into the pumping station, leading to damage.
Guarantee: 24 months; warranty and post-warranty service.
Pumps and control
The pump is the most important part of the sewage pumping station. The reliability of the system, the speed of pumping the sewage and also the energy consumption depend on it. A pump and control must be selected for the pumping station tank depending on the customer's requirements. There are dozens of choices available. We most often recommend pumps with VORTEX impellers, which are characterised by high resistance to clogging. Pumps with cutting knives are also available.
The pump needs to be controlled. The simplest solution is a built-in float that switches the pump off or on depending on the liquid level. This solution works well for pumps with relatively low power. For more complex installations, we recommend retrofitting the system with an automatic control unit, with which from one to as many as five floats work together. The automation allows not only basic control of the pump operation, but also informs the user of alarm conditions (dry-running, high status, change in liquid level, opening of gates, sequence of activation of subsequent pumps, etc.).
Types of automation for controlling the operation of PSP pumping stations:
- ASAL Single float control and alarm automatics - For pumps with a built-in control float,
- ASPP Pumping station control automatics with two floats - Control of one or two pumps and alarm level signal,
- ASPO Automation controlling a residential pumping station with three floats - Controlling one or two pumps and dry-running and alarm level signals in the reservoir,
- ASPK Automatic control system for a community pumping station with four floats - Control of one or two pumps and dry-running and alarm level signals in the reservoir,
- ASPD Automatic control system for a rainwater pumping station with five floats - Control of one or two pumps and dry-running and alarm level signals in the reservoir.

The standard angle between inflow and discharge is 180 degrees, if you require a different angle, please inform us before purchasing the pumping station.
We present several basic variants with a grinder pump (AFPUMPS MASTER 2 MG) and alternatively with an overflow pump (AFPUMPS TOP PROFESSIONAL E100 MG). If the customer chooses a pump without a float instead of a pump with a float, it will be necessary to retrofit the system with an automatic control unit. As an option, many types of control and alarm automatics are available for the pumping stations.
