Heating the tank with heat tape with thermal insulation

A set of heating tape and thermal insulation maintains the required temperature of the AdBlue liquid stored in the tank. The main purpose is to protect the fluid from crystallization and loss of parameters accompanying overheating and freezing of the liquid.

Heating the tank with heating tape

The heating tape is mounted on the inner tank with polyurethane foam. Its task is to regulate the temperature of the stored liquid in the tank as a result of negative temperatures affecting it. The temperature is controlled by a thermostat. It protects the AdBlue liquid in the distribution system from freezing.

Heating the tank with thermal insulation

Thermal insulation is the covering of the tank with an additional layer of polyurethane foam. As a result of low temperatures, it reduces the coefficient of thermal transmittance. It protects the AdBlue liquid from crystallization. Thus, it protects the liquid from losing its properties. Reduces heating costs.
