Workstation for IBC/KTC tank - built-in sump tray
The workstation is a built-in sump ray for the safe storage of IBC tanks. The workstation consists of drip tray SJ510001, which acts as a working floor, and a container. When assembled, the whole unit is rigid and uniform. The empty container can be transported by forklift from both sides. The complete unit has been designed in accordance with ergonomic and health and safety principles, so access to the contents is easy and safe (wide entrance). The workstation greatly facilitates the storage and operation of dangerous substances. It captures any accidental spills. The purpose of sump trays is to protect the environment from contamination. The enclosure additionally protects against splashing of the contents. This makes working with chemicals safer and more comfortable.
The workstation for an IBC/KTC tank is characterized by its large capacity, as it holds up to 4 200 l barrels or 1 IBC tank. The drip tray, which serves as the floor of the workstation, is equipped with a self-positioning, non-sliding and easily removable grating. The workstation is made of durable polyethylene. It is a material resistant to adverse weather conditions. It does not corrode when exposed to UV rays, and most importantly, it is resistant to various chemicals and dangerous substances. Therefore, it is a material commonly used in the industry. The design of the tub and the material used provide a guarantee of tightness for many years.
The product is delivered in flat packs for ease of transportation.
