SUBSIDY FOR RAINWATER BIAŁYSTOK 2022

Bialystok 2022 rainwater subsidy

Bialystok city authorities are running a rainwater management subsidy program. Applications for grants for the construction of rainwater management systems are accepted on a continuous basis. Applications can be submitted throughout the calendar year. Cases not processed in the current year are transferred to the next year. The amount of the subsidy depends on the evaluation of the investment by the city authorities. Every year the subsidy program is very popular among residents. Thanks to the introduction of the subsidy system, a number of systems are being built to enable rainwater retention. Small retention can significantly reduce the effects of drought in Poland. 

The application is processed up to 3 months from the date of submission. The deadline for the realization of the task is set by October 31 of a calendar year from the conclusion of the agreement.  The deadline for submission of settlement documents is indicated in the grant agreement. However, no later than November 15 of a calendar year. Money can be received up to 30 days after receipt of settlement documentation.

The amount of the subsidy

  • Up to PLN 6,000 (up to 100% of the cost) for properties connected to the municipal rainwater drainage system and the liquidation of these connections,
  • Up to PLN 3,000 (up to 50% of the costs) for properties not connected to the municipal rainwater drainage system.
Tasks subject to subsidy

  • liquidation of no-outflow tanks and domestic sewage treatment plants in connection with in connection with connecting a developed land property to the municipal sanitary sewer system, 
  • building systems for rainwater management within one's own land property.
Who can apply for funding?

1. Entities not included in the public finance sector, in particular:

  • individuals,
  • housing communities,
  • legal entities,
  • entrepreneurs.
2. Units of the public finance sector that are municipal or district legal entities.
