In 2022, the complex of two guesthouse buildings with an underground garage was realized in Zakopane. In addition, construction equipment and technical infrastructure were realized. The investor also relied on retention tanks. Thus, he made his project more ecological in accordance with the idea of small retention. Rainwater is planned to be used, among other things, to supply cisterns and toilets and to irrigate greenery. 

Based on the design and hydraulic parameters, we proposed a 15,000-liter Neo tank for this use. It is a rainwater tank with a flat profile. It is perfectly suitable for difficult groundwater conditions. It can also be founded in groundwater. In addition, it is suitable for drive-through areas, which are emblematic of this project. Its special properties are primarily associated with its reinforced - monolithic construction. This is confirmed by the certificate, which treats its high mechanical strength. It is characterized by the best ratio of weight to strength. The shape of the tank allows to significantly reduce the area of the excavation. Betting on the durability of such a retention system, it is worth mentioning that Neo comes with as much as a 35-year warranty period.
