The developer completed an investment in Domasław (near Wrocław), which included single-family semi-detached houses in early 2022. The buildings were located in a green, peaceful area in a municipality characterized by very intensive development. A modern estate was designed, consisting of 44 units. The buildings are characterized by modern design and construction. The developer has also taken care of access to green areas. Each house has a garden of 300 sqm. The developer also decided to equip the estate with rainwater management systems. The water is to be used to irrigate the green areas and gardens of the investment.

Based on design data, catchment area and other hydraulic parameters, we selected Bolt Rain garden systems. Taking into account the design assumptions, we proposed systems equipped with 1000 l and 2500 l tanks. The Bolt Rain garden set consists of:

We have also realized the delivery of complete rainwater utilization systems. The principle of the set is to collect rainwater through a gutter system from the roof. It is directed to an underground tank. The tank is equipped with a filter to ensure optimal water purity. The kit also consists of a submersible pump to distribute the rainwater. The system is equipped with an intake to which a garden hose can be connected.
