BALTIC PARK MOLO SWINOUJSCIE

Description of the investment object – rainwater centrals Aquamatic Industrial 160 H 14-40

Baltic Park Molo is an ultra-modern hotel, apartment and recreation complex located between the main promenade and the most beautiful beach in Świnoujście. The prestigious location of the plot and land development conditions that do not limit the imagination of the designers encouraged many offices to take part in the architectural competition announced by Zdrojowa Invest together with the Association of Polish Architects (SARP). The awarded concept of the Warsaw studio Płaskowicki&Partnerzy Architekci has been realized.

The Baltic Park Molo project includes four buildings, a 150-meter promenade topped with a pier, a public recreation area and a water park. The 13-floored 5-star Radisson Blu Resort Świnoujście hotel, opened in July 2017, has already become an icon of the resort. The design hotel has restaurants, an observation café on the 13th floor, a night club, a bowling alley, a fitness club with a gym, a climbing wall, a luxurious SPA & Wellness zone, an impressive infinity edge swimming pool and one of the largest Congress Center in Poland that can accommodate up to 1,200 people. Located on the opposite side of the viewing axis, two buildings with 61 apartments and 16 commercial premises are 4-storey high. After the opening of the last building, the second 5-star hotel, the complex will include a total of almost 600 rooms and apartments with sea views, most of them in the condo system, and approximately 2,000 m2 of retail and service space. A holiday at the Baltic Park Molo is not only a beneficial effect of the sea microclimate, but above all a wide range of sophisticated entertainment.

The hotel complex meets the standards of the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certificate. The certification process takes into account such aspects of the investment as: energy efficiency of the building and the installations used, environmentally friendly finishing materials, the use of rainwater to reduce drinking water consumption and preferential parking lots for low-emission cars with electric car charging stations.

The installation supporting toilet flushing and urinals is supplied by a rainwater center. Aquamatic Industrial 160 H 14-40 is equipped with two auxiliary pumps, a hydrostatic level probe and a 100 liter diaphragm tank. Before being pumped into the installation, the water is additionally cleaned on the filter NW 500.
