Silencer blower damper - for biological wastewater treatment plants

Aeration is one of the steps in the wastewater treatment process. Biological wastewater treatment plants are equipped with special blowers that aerate the wastewater. The equipment causes vibrations, which also manifest themselves in noise. To reduce this effect, it is sufficient to fit a Silencer vibration damper. The silencer reduces the vibrations (dissipates their energy) by acting as a kind of cushioning for the blower. As a result, the noise problem is minimised. It dampens up to 95 % of the vibrations of the blower.

The device is to be installed between the membrane blower and the aeration diffuser. The advantage of the vibration damper is that it can be mounted on the surface and shallowly below the ground surface. The dimensions of the vibration damper are shown in the graphic.
