Sump trays

Sump trays, drip pallets for drums, canisters and IBCs and mausers also known as drip trays, are the easiest way to protect the environment and personnel from uncontrolled chemical spills. Positioned under 200 litre drums, canisters or IBCs, they contain spilled liquid and prevent floor contamination. Each of our sump trays has an appropriately sized retention volume (at least 110% of the volume of the largest container or 25% of the sum of all stored media) and complies with health and safety and hazardous substance storage regulations.

Types of sump trays you will find in our range:

PE-HD polyethylene sump trays - lightweight, resistant to acids, alkalis and oils, not difficult to clean. Available in versions for 1, 2, 4 drums or IBCs; most models have a plastic grid and pockets for pallet truck forks. You can choose a version with a steel or plastic grille, a low-profile platform for easy loading, or a modular tub that allows several components to be combined to form a larger retention system.

Galvanised and stainless steel trays - dedicated for petroleum substances, solvents and paints. Robust constructions withstand heavy loads and intensive use in industrial warehouses.

Drip trays and laboratory trays - smaller trays for 5-30 litre containers, which are suitable for laboratories, workshops and service stations.
