Justrite flexible sump tray

A flexible sump tray designed for the storage of drums and IBC tanks. Its purpose is to contain leaks from tanks, containers, transformers, batteries, machinery, etc. Sump trays are made of PVC plastic (fabric-reinforced construction).

The advantage of this solution over rigid drip trays is the significantly lower weight and, above all, the ease of transport to virtually any location. The tub can be easily delivered to a work site that requires intercepting a potential spill. In addition, the capacity of the flexible tubs is very large compared to standard solutions.

The manufacturer provides a warranty of 12 months.

Features of the Justrite flexible sump tray

  • The product is made from an extremely durable UV-resistantPVC-coated fabric. One-piece construction allows quick and easy assembly without the need for tools. It is characterised by high mechanical and chemical resistance. Effective against aggressive substances (oil, oils, grease and most acids).
  • Integrated stainless steel supports hold the side walls at a height of 305 mm, ensuring that they are vertically aligned at 90° to the ground. Reinforced edges at 25 mm from the edge increase mechanical strength, minimising the risk of fraying or tearing.
  • The side walls can be folded down quickly and conveniently, making it easy for vehicles to enter and exit. A simple squeeze of the wall unlocks the bracket and allows free access to the inside of the tub from any angle. The patented design of the supports eliminates the risk of tripping and falling when moving along the tub. Each bracket is fitted with a heavy-duty stainless steel clip to secure the bathtub firmly to the ground, protecting it from shifting in the event of strong winds.
  • With reinforced corners and sealed weld lines, the product is extremely durable, completely impervious to liquids and has a long service life.
  • Optional accessories available include ground anchors and mats, and wheel mats for increased resistance on uneven, rocky surfaces.
  • The portable, folding design allows the sump to be easily folded for easy transport and storage.
