BioFlow Fix for septic tank allows you to modernize an old drainage treatment plant. The drainage treatment plant loses its efficiency over the years and stops working properly. The infiltration system smells. The remedy for this is the BioFlow FIX solution. It allows for the modernization of an old tank into a biological treatment plant. The infiltration system in the ground is replaced with a modern system of spraying treated sewage. The spray is applied to the infiltration plot or flowerbeds overgrown with shrubs and plants. The treated sewage is odorless and clear. They can be used as fertilizer for plants.

The BioFlow FIX kit consists of:
- An existing tank adapted to the reactor chamber with a capacity adapted to the number of users (pe units),
- round technical box fi400,
- Blower and air diffuser,
- Pumps with a float and fixings in the tank,
- MultiBio 2000 automatic controller,
- Sampling installation and gasket set.
The principle of operation of the BioFlow FIX treatment plant
The treatment plant operates as a sequential batch reactor. The principle of operation is based on several phases:
- Wastewater is delivered to the reactor and is alternately aerated. Thanks to this, organic impurities, nitrogen and phosphorus are removed.
- Then the sludge falls to the bottom of the tank, i.e. sedimentation occurs,
- Finally, clean sewage is pumped away.
