BioFlow Gravity is a state-of-the-art two-chamber biological treatment plant designed to treat domestic wastewater with a gravity drain. The Bioflow Gravity system provides high treatment efficiency with minimal operating costs. There is no need for a pump - the discharge occurs by gravity.
- Two-chamber flow-through treatment plant: biological reactor + secondary settling tank.
- Cyclic blower operation: reduced energy consumption and improved efficiency.
- Odourless wastewater treatment with cyclic denitrification.
- Gravity drain - no need for a mechanical pump.
- Sludge recirculation to improve system efficiency.
- Robust tank with technical box containing blower and programmer.
- Two models available: for 1-6 p.e. and 3-10 p.e. (population equivalent).
The treatment plant consists of the following components:
- Secondary settling tank,
- Reactor chamber with a capacity adapted to the number of users (p.e. units),
- Technical box,
- Blower and air diffuser,
- Sludge air pump,
- Blower timer.
The treatment plant is designed for single-family houses without access to the sewage network. It provides an environmentally friendly, quiet and maintenance-free system for many years. The BioFlow Gravity sewage treatment plant is characterised by low operating costs. Possibility of using the treated water, for example, for watering plants. Meets the requirements of the modern household, caring for the environment and comfort.
