Kingspan BioAir biological sewage treatment plant - activated sludge technology
BioAir - intelligent waste water treatment for your home
Modern Kingspan BioAir biological sewage treatment plant made of durable polyethylene (PE), based on proven activated sludge technology, designed for
domestic sewage treatment. The unit is distinguished by its simple but effective design and high treatment efficiency.
The Kingspan Klargester BioAir® is a modern, compact biological treatment plant designed for households not connected to a sewage network. It is a reliable solution for single and multi-family homes with up to 15 residents.
Thanks to its efficient aeration and biological filtration system, BioAir® achieves an impressive treatment efficiency - a BOD₅ reduction of up to 97.5%. The system meets the highest quality standards for treated wastewater, while ensuring low energy consumption and ease of operation.
Simple design, flexible installation
BioAir® is characterised by its compact design and aesthetic finish. The unit's cover is flush with the ground, making it easy to maintain the garden and eliminating the need for additional grass trimming around the tank. Flexible installation options allow the unit to fit the conditions of any plot.
In addition, for more difficult ground conditions, the treatment plant can be fitted with an integrated treated sewage pumping station (IPS) with an energy-efficient float pump.
Key system components:
Integrated bioreactor with intensive aeration system
Clarification chamber, where activated sludge is separated out
Sludge recirculation system to ensure a continuous biological process
Standard integrated aeration system with air ducts
Airtight lockable lid - safe and convenient to use
