Responsibility for the Product

Euro-Plast

Manufacturer P.P.U.H. EURO-PLAST Remigiusz Waldowski Słońska 1 87-720 Ciechocinek Poland euro-plast@wp.pl

EURO-PLAST is a Polish manufacturer that has been in operation since 2002, specialising in wastewater treatment plants, rainwater harvesting tanks, zero-entrainment tanks, grease separators and process tanks. The company also produces biopreparations to support the operation of infiltration systems.

EURO-PLAST products meet safety and quality requirements, are CE marked and comply with the EN 12566-1/A1 standard, and the infiltration tunnels have the ITB-KOT-2021/1675 certificate. All products have the required attestations and technical approvals, and the manufacturer provides declarations of conformity, instructions for use and technical support.

Euro Tunnel drainage treatment plant with rotary tank

The Euro Tunnel is a domestic sewage treatment plant with drainage from the Euro-Plast company. The sewage treatment plant is equipped with modern EP100 infiltration tunnels. This system is characterised by higher efficiency compared to a classic drainage system. The infiltration tunnels have a higher capacity than drainage pipes. The polyethylene tunnels increase the total absorption area by about three times compared to the traditional variant. Importantly, the tunnels practically do not clog, which minimises maintenance work on the treatment plant, making it almost maintenance-free. This type of drainage guarantees long-term proper operation of the system. In addition, the large infiltration surface allows a significant reduction in the drainage area, which reduces installation costs.

The Euro Solid sewage treatment plant may be supplemented with the POS400 extension for distribution sump extensions and the POR600 extension.

The wastewater treatment plants bear the European CE mark. This means that they have been designed in accordance with the standards in force in the European Union. Investing in a domestic wastewater treatment plant will save you a lot of money. This is due to a reduction in the cost of wastewater collection. In addition, it is an environmentally friendly solution that benefits the environment.

We offer wastewater treatment plants for p.e. of 1 to 7 people. There is a choice of versions for very good soil permeability. You can also order sets for good and medium soil permeability, which differ in the number of infiltration tunnels. For this, please contact us. The number of packages is selected according to the amount of wastewater and the permeability of the soil:

  • soils with very good and good permeability (sand, gravel, gravel) - average of 4 packages per 1 p.e.
  • soil with average permeability (clay sand) - average of 8 packages per 1 p.e.

In order to achieve a high efficiency of the treatment plant, we recommend the use of biopreparations
, which act as a catalyst. This ensures that the treatment plant should not generate unpleasant odours. The wastewater treatment plants consist of a Solid settling tank with a capacity of 2000 l and 3000 l. Variants with inlets of 110 mm and 160 mm diameter are available. Detailed technical data can be found in the table.

The septic tank of the Euro Solid sewage treatment plant is made by rotational moulding (rotomoulding). As a result, the structure of the settling tank has no seams or welds. This ensures that the rotomoulded tank is highly leak-proof. Polyethylene is resistant to adverse environmental conditions. It is frost resistant and does not corrode. The design and material of the tank guarantee long-term operation without failure. The risk of the rotary tank leaking is truly marginal. This solution is an ideal compromise between economy and quality.

When planning the placement of the wastewater treatment plant, the manufacturer's installation recommendations should be followed. In addition to this, it is very important to observe the minimum distances that are regulated by law. You will find detailed information on this in the guide. You are also welcome to contact us.

The principle of the infiltration tunnel treatment plant is identical to the classic drainage variant. The wastewater treatment process consists of 2 stages:

  • Anaerobic treatment in a septic tank - pre-treatment of the wastewater with anaerobic bacteria;
  • Aerobic treatment in the drainage, occurring through the infiltration bed system;
Approvals and certifications:

  • Septic tanks - EN 12566-1/A1, CE marking
  • Septic tanks - AT/2010-08-0245/A2 of the Institute of Environmental Protection
  • Drainage bed - AT/2015-08-0246/A3 of the Institute of Environmental Protection
