Gama Plastic specialises in the production and supply of wastewater treatment systems (domestic wastewater treatment plants: drainage, biological-mechanical type SBR and MBBR), water meter wells, septic tanks, grease separators, pumping stations, absorption wells and other accessories related to water and wastewater management. The products are manufactured from HDPE polyethylene using the rotomoulding method, which guarantees their monolithicity, tightness and high durability.

The company declares that its ecological wastewater treatment plants and other products comply with international standards in the field of water and wastewater management and have the necessary certifications.For example, the 'Aqua-Champ' wastewater treatment plant is designed in accordance with DIN 4261 and is certified in accordance with the European Standard EN 12566-3, which specifies the requirements and test methods for fully or site-assembled domestic wastewater treatment plants.

How a drainage treatment plant works

The proposed wastewater treatment plant is designed to serve both individual houses and small farms. The basic element of the treatment plant is a septic tank, in which sewage is pre-treated by sedimentation (heavier parts sink to the bottom) and flotation (lighter parts rise to the surface). The pre-treated wastewater then flows through a distribution sump to the second stage, the treatment taking place in the infiltration drain. This stage makes use of the natural aerobic process, which involves the biochemical decomposition of pollutants by bacteria.
