Single-walled fat separator NS
The single-walled fat separator is a chemical-resistant polyethylene tank. The plastic is very durable. It does not corrode when exposed to various substances. The risk of leakage is marginal. The purpose of the separator is to catch light organic pollutants (fat) from the domestic wastewater before it enters the sewer system. Increased amounts of grease in the wastewater cause clogging of the pipes. As a result, drains become clogged and an unpleasant odour is emitted from the sewer system. In addition, blockages increase the corrosion of equipment. The high grease content also reduces the efficiency of the wastewater treatment plant. The installation of a grease separator significantly prolongs the service life of the entire plant.
The principle of a grease separator is based on the difference in density of the liquid. Fats and oils float to the surface of the wastewater and are trapped in the separator. Solid particles sink to the bottom. The treated wastewater is finally directed straight into the sewer system.
We also encourage the use of biopreparations, which guarantee the high efficiency of the equipment.
Fat separators are used where there are increased quantities of fat in the wastewater compared to typical domestic wastewater. For example, they are used in:
- Gastronomy industry,
- Kitchens,
- Restaurants
- Food industry
- Slaughterhouses, butcher shops, etc.
The range includes single-walled fat separators with a flow rate of 1 to 7 l/s.
