Three-layer fat separator Try NS
Fat separators are devices designed to catch organic pollutants. The operating principle is based on the difference in density of the liquid. The less dense fats, float to the surface of the wastewater. They are then retained in the separator chamber. The solids sink to the bottom as sludge. The pre-treated wastewater then goes straight into the sewage system.
The installation of a separator is necessary where the wastewater contains large quantities of fat in compared with standard domestic wastewater. Directing the fatty wastewater directly into the waste water pipes results in the pipes becoming clogged. This results in a very unpleasant odour. In addition, the fat reduces the efficiency of the wastewater treatment plant.
Fat separators are used, for example, in:

- Restaurants
- Food industry
- Slaughterhouses, butcher shops, etc.
The Try NS fat separator is made of high-density polyethylene. The tank is characterised by a triple wall, which makes it extremely durable and resistant to adverse conditions. In addition, the structured wall protects against leakage. Polyethylene is resistant to even aggressive wastewater. The risk of leakage from the separator is very low.
