EURO-PLAST is a Polish manufacturer that has been in operation since 2002, specialising in wastewater treatment plants, rainwater harvesting tanks, zero-entrainment tanks, grease separators and process tanks. The company also produces biopreparations to support the operation of infiltration systems.

EURO-PLAST products meet safety and quality requirements, are CE marked and comply with the EN 12566-1/A1 standard, and the infiltration tunnels have the ITB-KOT-2021/1675 certificate. All products have the required attestations and technical approvals, and the manufacturer provides declarations of conformity, instructions for use and technical support.

Try NS triple-layer grease trap

Grease separators are devices designed to catch organic contaminants. The operating principle is based on the difference in density of the liquid. The less dense fats, float to the surface of the effluent. They are then retained in the separator chamber. The solids sink to the bottom as sludge. The pre-treated wastewater then goes straight into the sewer system.

Euro-Plast extension POR 600 is compatible with the TRY NS grease trap.

The installation of a grease separator is necessary when wastewater contains large quantities of grease compared to standard domestic wastewater. Directing the greasy wastewater directly into the waste water pipes results in their overgrowth and consequent blockages. This results in a very unpleasant odour. In addition, grease reduces the efficiency of the wastewater treatment plant.

The Try NS grease separator is made of high-density polyethylene. The tank is characterised by a triple wall, which makes it extremely durable and resistant to adverse conditions. In addition, the structured wall protects against leakage. Polyethylene is resistant to even aggressive wastewater. The risk of leakage from the separator is therefore very low.
