Undersink Grease Separator 40 UHP - Effective protection for your sewerage system

The grease separator 40 UHP is a compact unit for mechanically treating wastewater from fats and oils directly under the sink.Itis ideal for domestic kitchens, small catering establishments and restaurants, cafés, office canteens. In other words, wherever efficient protection of the sewer system against blockages and failures is important. The 40 UHP underflow grease separator is a reliable solution for extending the life of your sewer system, reducing service costs and caring for the environment. An excellent choice for conscious users of private and commercial kitchens.

The separator works on the principle of gravity separation of fractions. Wastewater enters through an inlet port and then slows down its flow in a specially shaped chamber:

  • Heavier particles (e.g. sand, food residues) sink to the bottom - forming sludge.
  • Fats and oils rise to the top - forming a layer of grease.
  • Inside, the purified water remains, which is then discharged into the sewer system via a baffle and outlet spigot.
If required, a ventilation hole can be provided at a designated location on the lid.

  • High efficiency - with a working volume of 28 litres and a throughput of up to 0.5 m³/h, the unit efficiently separates grease and suspended solids.
  • Compact size - the dimensions of 420 × 330 × 370 mm allow for convenient installation in under-sink cabinets.
  • Durableand resilient - made of durable, chemical- and moisture-resistant polyethylene.
  • Easy to use and clean - large screw-on lid (⌀ 250 mm) provides quick access to the inside of the unit.
  • Fully sealed - the kit includes the necessary gaskets for spigots and ventilation to prevent odours from entering.
  • Safe material - the separator is hygienically certified by the PZH, which makes it suitable for use in catering.
  • Quick installation - standard Ø 50 mm spigots fit most sewer systems.
