Fat separator SL-SG

Wastewater treatment system from fatty substances

Fat separators are built on the basis of monolithic tanks with a capacity of 200, 500, 800 and 1000 liters. The tanks are made by extrusion blow molding high-density polyethylene. The task of the fat separator is to separate the fat in the wastewater. The separated fat is retained and stored in the separator basket. The tanks have an inlet, outlet and high ventilation connection with diameters of Ø110 mm. A basket has been installed at the separator inlet, and a special siphon at the outlet. Each separator has inspection hatches with a diameter of Ø400 mm (the 200 liter tank has one manhole). Inspection hatches placed on the separator provide excellent access to its interior in the event of servicing or pumping out heavy sediment and removing grease.

Fat separators are designed for bars, restaurants, domestic sewage treatment plants, etc.
