Floating water intake with hose


Water intake allows you to get clean water from the tank. The principle of operation of the device is very simple. The float allows it to float on the surface of the water. Thanks to this, it draws water at a depth of approx. 20 cm below the water surface. This is a guarantee that water is taken from the cleanest part of the tank. Silt and other heavy impurities settle to the bottom. Impurities also float on the surface of the water. Therefore, water should be taken below the water surface, but not at the bottom of the tank. Floating water intake is the fourth stage of water purification in the tank.

Floating water intake with a hose has a filter with a very small mesh diameter - 0.3 mm. This is an additional protection against impurities. This ensures that all impurities are filtered out before water enters the pump. Two intake sizes available: 1" and 1 1/4".
