Pressure probe 4 - 20 mA
Hydrostatic pressure probe 4 - 20 mA designed to measure the level of liquids. The submersible probe is designed to work in water. The pressure caused by water on the sensor is transmitted in the form of a voltage signal of 4 - 20 mA. The sensor can be installed in a vertical position (hanging on the cable) in the tank, but previously secured against movement to avoid measurement errors.
The probe is available in versions with measurement depths of: 5 m, 10 m, 12 m, 20 m and 50 m.
4 - 20 mA pressure probes are compatible with Kingspan tanks.
Use of a 4 - 20 mA pressure probe
Pressure probes 4 - 20 mA are used in sewage treatment plants and for water level control.
These may be municipal water supply plants, mines, swimming pools, water towers, wells and water tanks, and other places where hydrostatic pressure probes are used to measure the level of liquids.
