GEEK ONE fuel management system for Fortis, Swimer and Kingspan tanks
Advanced GEEK ONE terminal for monitoring and control of diesel and AdBlue tanks. It is a device from the Polish company Petroleo. Installation of the terminal is possible on virtually any type of stationary or even mobile tanks. The system is used to control the flow of the medium in the tank. GEEK ONE allows you to consciously manage the company's fuel resources. Thanks to the collected data, the user has knowledge of fuel income and outgoings. The interface is very user-friendly and gives you the ability to view data continuously on your computer and smartphone.
The main function of the GEEK ONE system is to identify vehicles or employees who may have access to fuel. The terminal also allows you to set fueling limits.

Technical specifications and functionality of GEEK ONE
- Measurement accuracy 0.25% - 0.5% (two independent refueling measurement systems - controlling the counter)
- Keller hydrostatic measuring probe
- Identification of the vehicle or driver with RFID cards
- The device takes a photo during refueling, which is an additional stage of employee identification
- Recording of historical data, which makes it possible to analyze outgoings and record the level every 20 min;
- Emergency power supply - recording of data even during power failure
- The system records breaks during refueling, which can indicate refueling in smaller canisters
- Parameterization of refueling times - assigning limits to refueling breaks, after which the device logs out the user, and the system records this fact in the history; too many logouts may indicate an attempt of theft
- Generating a report of "small" refuelings
- Optionally, it is possible to hide the amount of refueling for selected users; without information on the amount of fuel poured, the possibility of potential manipulation of the calculated consumption with road cards disappears
- DMS system gives the possibility to export data to the user's server (also in real time) to SAP systems; the system sends data about refueling immediately after the operation is completed
- Ability to impose refueling limits: daily/weekly/monthly/yearly
- Additional restriction of access to fuel for selected RFID card users
- Fuel consumption report module with breakdown by vehicle and driver
- Report module with breakdown of fuel consumption by vehicle and driver separately
- Ability to record external refueling at commercial fuel stations; add external refueling (from csv files), which allows you to keep a record of all fuel purchases
- Exporting data to external programs or csv or pdf files, etc.
- Module for automatic calculation of the balance of fuel in the tank
- Delivery report module
- Fuel costing module
- Reminder calendar
- Sending e-mail notifications about the state of fuel in the tank and fuel intake by enrolled vehicles and drivers.
- Module for detecting duplicate refueling - occurring one after the other for the same driver: canister refueling probability module
- Possibility of remote calibration of the counter
- Setting the minimum level of liquid in the tank, which protects the equipment from dry operation
- Remote diagnostics
