The sediment depth tester is a portable electronic meter. The device generates a signal when submerged in sediment at the bottom of the tank. The tester is used to monitor changes in sediment levels in sedimentation tanks, separators, during boreholes, during tank servicing, etc.

This is a guarantee that use even in harsh environments will not cause corrosion. Battery replacement is very easy thanks to the drawer, but will probably not be done often. In addition to this, the deepSLUDO has an AUTO-OFF emergency shutdown function in case of inactivity, which protects against unplanned battery drain.
The reel contains an electronic circuit that controls the operation of the unit. Manual management is possible via the control panel, which is located on the front. A tape with a measuring scale is rolled up on the reel and a probe is placed at the end.Uncontrolled unwinding of the drum is limited by a brake - BRAKE.
The device has a specially programmed UP-DOWN system that generates an acoustic alarm when the probe is submerged or emerged. The sediment depth tester can be set to indicate when the probe touches the water or when contact is lost. The probe is made of stainless steel and polyacetal and has IP68 protection. This ensures that the delicate measuring system is properly isolated from the environment and that its indications are accurate. The small diameter of the probe (40 mm) allows the depth tester to be used even when the measuring hole is narrow.
