The set consists of the Swimer Tank 5000 litre fuel station in the Classic version and the SMDP Fluid Dosage Monitoring System in the Basic version. The set is complete. It includes a ready-made distribution system with pump, hose with nozzle, level indicator, filler, filtration and the modern SMDP Basic fuel consumption monitoring system. The dispensing system restricts access to unauthorised persons and keeps a record of refuellings. In this way, it optimises the company's fuel consumption.

Swimer Tank diesel fuel station

Swimer Tank is a series of double walled diesel tanks. They are made of polyethylene. This material is durable. It is resistant to weather conditions and UV radiation (does not fade and does not corrode). It shows high resistance to mechanical damage and chemical substances. The diesel tank was made by rotomoulding. It has no welds or seams. Thanks to this, it is 100% tight. Safety is also ensured by the double-shell construction.

Our offer includes diesel tanks with capacities from 2,500 l to even 10,000 l. They will be perfect for any farm that requires refueling vehicles and machines with a diesel engine. They are used in farms, transport and construction companies. This allows you to buy diesel at wholesale prices, as well as control the amount of fuel you use.

Fuel (diesel) Swimer Tanks are available in 4 variants. They differ in equipment. The following versions are available: Basic, Classic, Exclusive and Prestige. A wide range of products allows you to buy a tank with basic accessories, but also with advanced systems.

The Swimer Tank petrol station has an inspection hatch and handles for transport. In addition, they are equipped with air vents. They equalize the pressure inside the tank. Optionally, each tank can be equipped with a filling line placed in a distribution cabinet.

SMDP Basic Fluid Dosage Monitoring System for Small Businesses and Farms

In the promotion until 31.03.24, the set includes 20 cards (Basic) or 20 driver cards and 1 NCE card for access to the Cloud version (BASIC CLOUD GPRS).

The SMDP system is designed to monitor and control the expenditure of liquids from private storage facilities. SMDP is designed for any company where liquid fuels are used. The SMDP liquid dispensing system gives control and allows accounting for fuel expenses. Access to the dispenser is limited to selected drivers. Downloading of diesel fuel or AdBlue is possible for registered drivers and vehicles. Refueling data is collected by SMDP and stored in memory. The system gives the option of dual authorization for vehicles and drivers, or single authorization for vehicle only or driver only.

There are three types of SMDP monitoring system: Basic, Optimum and Professional. Each variant is dedicated to a different size of company. The SMDP system makes it easy and convenient to account for fuel expenses, identify drivers and keep a record of refueling. Operation of the device is friendly and uncomplicated thanks to dedicated software. Identification of drivers is carried out using proximity cards and lozenges and pin codes.

The SMDP Basic version is the simplest variant of Swimer's monitoring system. SMDP Basic is dedicated to small businesses and farms that use fuel tanks. The Basic version makes it possible to control the expenditure of fuel from 3 distributors - tanks.

Characteristics of the SMDP Basic refueling control system:

  • Program up to 150 identifiers that are active simultaneously. Configuration of identifiers is arbitrary, e.g. 75 drivers and 75 vehicles (dual authorization) or only 150 vehicles (single authorization),
  • Support of up to 3 KDP100B/BG station controllers for different tanks,
  • Optional entry of vehicle mileage during identification,
  • Levels of operator authorization in the program and in the controller: service, administrator, operator, report, supplier,
  • Tank fluid level control - low fluid level protection (pump lock at critical condition) - low fluid level warning,
  • Customized report module to meet individual operator needs,
  • Exporting data to an Excel spreadsheet or PDF file,
  • Emergency refueling function with one-time authorization codes.

The controller itself can work without communication with a PC. Then configuration and history viewing can be done from directly from the position of the management controller (KDP100B or KDP100BG). In addition, the controller can connect via WiFi, GPRS and Arccan CLOUD GPRS system.
