Dambat Jastrzębski S.K.A. is a Polish manufacturer of pumping equipment operating since 1999. The company specialises in the design, manufacture and distribution of a wide range of pumps: submersible pumps, submersible pumps, circulation pumps, surface pumps, hydrophores, sewage and drainage pumps, control equipment and hydrophore sets. Pneumatic level controller PN-1000 IBO

The pneumatic level controller PN-1000 controls the operation of the pump. Depending on the water level in the tank, the pneumatic controller turns the pump on or off. At a level in the range of 1.3-3.8 cm, the controller turns off the pump. When the height of the liquid level is 5-7.5 cm, the controller starts the pump. This protects the pump from running dry.

The pneumatic indicator operates in two states - the pump is powered or the pump is not powered. The water level affects the pressure in the pressure chamber. This deforms the membrane connected to the electric controller. The controller then decides on the power supply status of the pump. The pneumatic controller is designed to work with clean water only. Contamination can block the pressure chamber. The device is covered by a 2-year warranty. External conditions have a direct impact on the operation and reliability of the device. For this reason:

  • Permissible ambient temperature range: from 0°C to +40°C
  • Maximum temperature of pumped water 50°C
  • Install away from corrosive substances and explosive gases
  • Install away from flammable materials
  • Install in places away from electromagnetic interference
