Electronic controller Coelbo Digiplus

Flow controller for managing and controlling the operation of single-phase pumps with motor power up to 2.2 kW. It has the function of automatically starting and stopping the pump, thanks to built-in pressure and flow sensors. The Digiplus device works in two modes of operation. The first belongs to the classic way of maintaining constant pressure in the system. It consists in switching on the pump when a drop in pressure is detected in the system, that is, when the tap is opened. The pump runs until the valve is closed and the maximum pressure is reached. The second mode of operation requires setting the minimum and maximum working pressure. When the set values are exceeded, the controller starts or stops the pump. The Digiplus pump controller reduces costs due to energy consumption and significantly extends the life of pumps. For more information, see the manufacturer's manual.

Digiplus pump controller features:

  • Pump managed by power relay.
  • Dual mode of operation: pressure-dependent mode and pressure-flow-dependent mode.
  • Accumulation diaphragm and integrated check valve.
  • Digital pressure gauge (bar and psi).

  • Protection against impeller blockage - APR function (Anti-blocking periodic routine). After 3 days of inactivity, the device starts the pump for 10 seconds to avoid impeller blockage.
  • ART (Automatic Reset Test) function. If the unit has been stopped due to the dry-running protection system, the function will try to connect the pump at a programmed frequency so that the water supply can be restored.
  • Pressure-dependent cycling protection system.
