Speedbox 400 V inverter for three-phase pumps

Wall-mounted inverter for controlling the operation of three-phase pumps (3 ~ 400 V). The device is equipped with a safety package that protects the pump from damage. The inverter keeps a constant pressure in the system regardless of the flow rate. To do this, the controller selects the optimal parameters of the pump.

The Speedbox 400 V inverter belongs to a range of high-end devices. First of all, it optimizes energy output and reduces energy consumption costs. The controller guarantees optimum capacity and user comfort. In addition, they will significantly extend the life of the installation. The Speedbox Coelbo inverter is an intelligent device that is virtually maintenance-free. The pump controller has an integrated LCD display with a control panel. This makes configuration of the device very simple and intuitive. Configuration consists only of entering basic settings, and the device does the job itself.

Speedbox inverter characteristics for pumps:

  • Wall-mounted frequency converter for pump control (inverter).
  • ART (AUTOMATIC RESET) function. If the unit has been stopped due to excessive operation, ART will try to switch on the pump at a programmed periodic frequency to restore the water supply.
  • Automatic restoration system after power interruption. The system is started in automatic mode, preserving the configuration parameters.
  • External pressure sensor included.
  • Ability to communicate with another device, operating in MASTER&SLAVE mode.
  • Register of operational controls: Information on: operating hours, start counter, pump start counter, alarm counter, etc.
  • Control panel with LCD screen with buttons for settings and digital pressure gauge.
Safety set of the device:

  • Dry running protection and electronic control system, 
  • Protection against faulty supply voltage and control system,

Speedbox inverters can be mounted outside the building in a technical box. The inverters have a specific operating temperature range. Therefore, the box should be equipped with heating and cooling. The device should not be hermetically closed, as it discharges heat into the box during operation. A technical box with cooling and heating can be customised with an individual order from us. 

Speedbox inverters can be stored in a regular external box for the winter. Coelbo electronic devices can overwinter provided they are not in use.
