Rain control panel Aquamatic Industrial 80 - H / 80 - H ID
The rainwater central is designed for public and industrial and commercial facilities. It is used to supply rainwater from a reservoir and from the mains water supply system for continuous operation. The main purpose of the head office is to enable rainwater reuse through rainwater retention. With rainwater panels, the spectrum of rainwater applications is very wide.
Examples of rainwater central applications:
Irrigation of green, sports and leisure areas,
Greenhouses,
Powering ponds and fountains,
Car washes,
Supply to agricultural - industrial farms,
Water supply to toilets and urinals (flushing) in commercial facilities,
Process water supply for industrial enterprises.
The rainwater panel 80 - H is suitable for small industrial and commercial businesses, as well as in small hotels and guest houses. We offer you rainwater central panels in two variants.
The "80 - H" version of the air handling unit is equipped with an electronically controlled pressure switch. Switching on and off is conditioned by the fluid pressure, which is dependent on the internal resistance of the system. This air handling unit is suitable where constant pressure values are not required. It is therefore suitable, for example, for supplying toilets and urinals, greenhouses, etc.
The 80 - H ID variant allows a constant operating pressure to be maintained. The "ID" product versions have two frequency converters. They regulate the speeds of the pumps. According to the requirements of the inverters, the speed of the pumps is reduced or increased. The effect of this is precisely to maintain constant operating pressure. The system provides high energy-saving potential. The solution is suitable for systems where constant pressure must be maintained. This is determined by the process requirements. The industrial rainwater control unit with inverter is suitable, for example, for the automatic irrigation of green spaces. It is also used to supply a process that requires constant water pressure. This makes continuous production possible. In addition, it is used for car washes, powering fountains and ponds, etc.
In our shop you will find rainwater control panels in various variants. In addition, rainwater management systems are also available.
Description of the operation of the industrial rainwater control panels
The industrial rainwater panel consists of a hand-held tank, an electronic controller and two multi-stage centrifugal pumps. The system monitors the water level in the tanks by means of a hydrostatic probe. The pump draws water from the rainwater tank as required. The pressurisation system then directs the rainwater to the tapping points.
If there is a shortage of rainwater in the tank, the system automatically switches to mains water supply. Topping up with mains water takes place in a hand-held tank. Filling of the tank can also be initiated manually. The tap water connection meets the requirements of EN 1717. The standard deals with protection against contamination of tap water by rainwater. The unit activates flushing every few days. The purpose of this is to prevent water stagnation. In this way, a high degree of safety in tap water hygiene is ensured.
