Coalescing oil/water petroleum-based substances separator

The main task of the SWK separator is to retain all particles of petroleum substances and other hydrocarbons contained in the wastewater. The coalescing insert causes the micro-droplets of hydrocarbons to clump together into larger separable clusters. The separated liquid particles float to the surface of the wastewater, forming a layer of petroleum substances that must be removed regularly. Heavy substances such as sand, sludge and sediment fall to the bottom of the oil separator, forming a deposit. Appropriately placed inlet and outlet manifolds ensure the free flow of liquids without turbulence. This results in proper discharge of the oil-free effluent from the separator.

Standards and certifications

It meets the requirements of EU and Polish BS EN 1825
Separators can work with other devices forming a technological sewage treatment plant or equipment sanitation individual or collective.
